Welcome to The Great Singapore Game of Knowledge (the “App”), a fun trivia game celebrating Singapore’s culture, attractions, and brands, brought to you by Durian Industries, a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility

Brand names, logos, or trademarks mentioned (e.g., Common Man Coffee Roasters) belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless stated. You may not use App content without our written permission, except for personal use as permitted by these Terms.
5. Third-Party Content
The App may feature information about Singapore brands (e.g., in the “Awesome Brands” section) or link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy or practices of these third parties. Mentioned brands are included for informational purposes and are not sponsors unless explicitly stated.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, secure, or always available. Durian Industries is not liable for damages arising from your use of the App, to the extent permitted by Singapore law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed SGD 100, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Singapore courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
